Abstract
 Communication is a social phenomenon based on sharing information, ideas and attitudes. Maturity, experience, personal relationships that run more smoothly become meaningful, are developed, expanded advanced through communication. Hence, the purpose of this paper case study methodology to help students understand principles communication theory/study put them into practice in life. The skills techniques learned course essential effective intrapersonal, interpersonal, small-group public speaking can be applied not only studying theoretical material but also practical exercises, discussions presentations will enable incorporate daily life activity. As result, learn function productive assertive way work environments develop newfound abilities speak up effectively other contexts.
